Start well first crucial hours

“In the confrontation between the stream and the rock, the stream always wins-not through strength but through persistence.”- Buddha

The way we start our day determines the way we will live our day. The early hours after we wake up are the most valuable moments of our day and have a profound influence on the quality of every second that follows. If we have the wisdom and self-discipline to ensure that during this crucial period, we think only the purest of thoughts and take only the finest of actions, we will notice that our days will consistently unfold in the most marvelous ways. How we can start our day? Firstly give a big thanks to God that he has given one another day to fulfill our dreams and to live life happily.

Get up from the bed have some water and go to bathroom and get fresh. Go to the park do some exercises such as stretching, yoga and meditation. Spend sometimes in silent contemplation focusing on all the good things in life and envisioning the day that you expect is about to unfold. Have fresh juice and light breakfast because whatever we have that affects our mood as well as the clarity of our thinking.

Read some inspirational or motivational books that through which you can charge up yourself for the whole day and further the lessons and stories in these books will make you center on the things that truly count and help to launch your day on the right footing.  And the inspiration, motivation, energy and power we get by reading these books during that precious early morning period infuses and enlightens every remaining second of our day. Be self-starter.

Let your first hour set the theme of success and positive action that is certain to echo through your entire day. Don’t waste it with a false start or no start at all. You are not born to fail. So start your day well. You will never be the same.
