Write your problems

“ A problem well stated is a problem   half solved”, Charles Kattering.

There is something very special that happens when you take out a piece of paper and write every single one of your problems on it. It is very much like the peaceful feeling you get after telling your best friend about something that has been troubling you for weeks. A weight somehow falls from your shoulders. You feel lighter, calmer and freer. Our minds can be our best friends and in opposite they can be our worst enemies also.

If you keep thinking about your problems, pretty soon you will get depressed and will find yourself into the world of problems. The mind is a strange creature in this regard, the things you want it to forget, it remembers. Write all your worries on a piece of paper and start encounter your problems one by one. If you do so, they will no longer be able to fester in your mind and drain your valuable energy. This simple exercise will also permit you to put your problems into perspective and tackle them in an orderly, well-planned sequence.

More surprisingly when you write your problems on paper and see the paper, you will get to know some of the problems do not exist and we are worrying about them in advance. Among the many successful people who have used this technique are martial arts master Bruce Lee and Winston Churchill who once said,’ It helps to write down half a dozen things which are worrying. Two of them, say, disappear; about two, nothing can be done, so it’s no use worrying; and two perhaps can be settled.

Nature changes your nature

Be close to the natural surroundings as much as you can and feel it and you will feel calmness and peace in your mind and heart and a change in your nature till you remain in that environment. Spending time alone in natural surrounding connects us to the larger universe around us and restores our spirit in this hurried age. Sitting in a wooded park and listening to the wind move through the leaves fill us with a sense of quiet and peace.

Savor the smell of flowers. Listen to birds when they chirp. Listen to soft music when the river flows through the rocks. See in the sky and close your eyes and feel every moment. Our priorities become clearer, obligations seem less pressing and mind grows still.

Communing with nature is also an excellent way to unlock our creativity and generate new ideas. Newton formulated the Laws of Gravity while relaxing under an apple tree. Natural surroundings serve to stifle the endless chatter that fills our minds so that our true brilliance can be liberated. Take off your shoes and fee the grass under your feet. Give a thanks that you have the privilege of enjoying these special gifts of nature.

Don’t let go even a single second, make most of it

Every one of us is entrusted to complete a project i.e. our life’s aim with a time period of 80 years i.e. average life of a man. But in a span of this period, how much time we use to complete it? Can we really afford to spend all our time in thinking what to do? How to do? We waste most of our time in staring out the window, gossiping with the friends, daydreaming etc. Really it is a serious thing that out of 24 hours of day, how much time we give to complete our project i.e. our life’s aim. Don’t let go even a single second, make a most of it.

Every single second is past, once it is gone that cannot be brought back. Give a short look on your watch that is on your home’s wall or on your wrist, how a second is passing and you will realize that you have not done anything in this very single second. Really have you done anything in this single second? Right from here say yourself how to use this single second? How can you make a most of it? And don’t let it go.

Highly successful and enlightened people have common habit, they make most of their time and complete their project while they are commuting, playing, sitting and even when they are sleeping. They use every single second and keep on working on their tasks. In doing so, they transform their commuting, playing, sitting and sleeping times into learning time and complete their project in quick time.

Redesign your life

Redesign your life if you are not happy with your present life and if you are not getting the result what you expected for. It would be better to redesign the life rather than sticking to the existing life or situation with which you are not happy or not getting the absolute best results that you wanted for. One of the most beautiful things about time is that you cannot waste it in advance.

No matter how much you have squandered in the past, the very next hour that comes in your way will be perfect, unspoiled and ready for you to make the best of it. No matter what has happened to you in the past, your future is spotless. You know every dawn brings with it the corresponding opportunity to being a completely new life. If you so choose, tomorrow can be the day that you expected for. No one is stopping you from redesigning your life.

As Author Ashleigh Brilliant has observed,” At any moment I could start being more of the person I dream to be, but which moment should I choose?” This very second you can decide the way you would like it to unfold  and create a new ending. The only question is that will you choose to do so? Remember, it is never too late to become the person you have always desired to be. So without wasting your time, redesign your life.

Half of using this Law of Attraction is seeing in the mind the course of being well.

If you come to believe you are getting better, than it will be so. Remember to try and dwell on the happy or positive side of life and surround yourself with positive thinking and a positive atmosphere.  Be around things you enjoy thus keeping up   the   focus   of   positive energy. It is clear what the law of attraction is all about: to choice a mate best suited by their skill to endure although it is not their only factor when determining the human match. It leaves great deal for leeway for those people have not found the niche with associates of the opposite sex. Yet there are techniques that can be used to exponentially increase the impending attraction.

Attraction tip #1 - Dressing for Success

It is easy to forget that over the lessons of the day, the way a person presents themselves will determine how others' opinions of them will help or hinder in finding a mate. It is important that people take pride in themselves. Remember the old saying... first impressions are everything. There is no second chance to make an impression. A person forms their opinion of you based on how you look, not what matters on the inside. Select attire that are relaxed but fit you well and in style plus colors that are gratifying to the person. Anyone can create an optimistic feeling to those of the opposite sex. If you feel like you need a little help in this area, a sales clerk at a retail-clothing store can help in selecting clothing that is just right for a person. Many have been in the industry for a long time so they are pleased to lend their experience in putting their customers in clothing that suits them and putting their foot in the doorway of attraction. This also helps them in getting customers to return to their shop.

Attraction Tip #2 - Get a Hobby

With today's busy lifestyle, most of it revolving around work.  Not many people have a hobby anymore, with them focusing all their time on work. Work does not give us an enormous deal of time to talk with other people. But getting a hobby increases those chances dramatically. It shows others that you have something other than work in your life. You don't want to be remembered as a workaholic.

Attraction Tip #3 - Keep Up on Current Events

This provides excellent communication interaction between people. You can be in a group and know what people are talking about if you keep up on the current events. You do not want to be the only one not chiming in on the important details.

Attraction Tip #4 - Smile

If you are smiling it means you are self confident and do not mind if opposite sex members cone to meet you. It doesn't mean you aren't shy, but you are confident in yourself. Smiling will naturally get people curious about whom you are and ask questions.
