Get up before sunrise like birds

“Early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise”-Ben Franklin
Get up before sunrise. Getting up before sunrise is one of the greatest activity in the world and there are few people in the world who do this activity and that is why they are different from others in every aspect of life. When the whole world is sleeping and we get up before sunrise, at this point of time we have much time to connect with ourselves as well as to the nature. At this moment everything we hear, listen or see is fresh and clear in our mind. Getting up before sunrise and doing the things is the best way to achieve the goals in life. Seeing the scene of rising sun, the music of chirping birds in the morning will give you more energy and fresh feeling and also the power to deal with the difficult people and making strong decisions. We might have seen the birds flying in the sky early in the morning going one place to another in the search of food because they know that they have to cover a long distance of whole day and that’s way they get up early in the morning so that they may reduce some distance of mile’s distance and come back to their home in time and in the same manner we have to lead a long distance in the life to reach or achieve our destination and for that we have to get up early in the morning before sunrise. Getting up before sunrise we can exercise, yoga, study, meditate, work etc. much better than other times in the day. Getting up before sunrise will give us extra time for focus and creativity and we are less likely to get distracted and we have more will power to deal with the life challenges. Wake up early in the morning before sunrise and make the to do list of the day and through which we will be more organized and won’t forget to do important things. In the morning our brain activity is better. Scientific studies have shown that our intellectual functions are better in the morning hours. Now get up before sunrise and make this part of life.
