Take care of 12 pound mass between two shoulders

Everything starts from our mind and ends from our mind. Whatever we do, we do with the help of our mind. Without mind a human is like a dead body on this earth that is alive only. Take care of your mind.  In routine we do exercises for making our body muscles strong but we ignore our mind, no exercise for it. Why we ignore such an important part of our body? Why we don’t pay much attention to our mind? Our mind requires exercise too to grow strong like other parts of our body. But in contrary of that what we do we put so much waste into our mind in the shape of worries and anxieties, fretting about the past, brooding over the future and those self-created fears that wreak havoc within our inner world and eating unhealthy food. If we nurture it and cultivate it just like a fertile, rich garden, it will blossom far beyond our expectations.

But if we let the weeds take root, lasting peace of mind and deep inner harmony will always move away. As we delete scrap material from the memory of our computer so that it can function well. In the same manner scrap material i.e. negative thoughts which are stored in our mind required to be deleted for the smooth function of our mind. Our mind cannot afford the negative thoughts, not even a single one. On an average day, the average person runs about 60000 thoughts through his mind and 95% of those thoughts are the same as the ones he thought the day before. To live the fullest we must let only the very best information, peaceful, positive thoughts as well as healthy diet enter in our mind.

The quality of life is determined by the quality of thoughts. The mind management is the essence of life management. We people don’t realize the enormous power of our mind. All success in life starts with that 12 pound mass sitting between the shoulders. More specifically with the thoughts that we put into our mind every second of every minute of every day. Our outer world reflects the state of our inner world. The mind is a wonderful servant but a terrible master. If we have become a negative thinker, this is because we have not cared for our mind. So care for your mind.
