Silence is a weapon to hear noisy world

“Silence is the ultimate weapon of power.”-Charles de Gaulle

Give some time to yourself to be silent out of this noisy world. Just think when was the last time we made the time to be silent and still? When was the last time we made the time to enjoy the power of solitude to restore, refocus and revitalize our mind, body and spirit? To reconnect with ourselves and to come to know the power, glory, wisdom and potential that rest within us we must find the time to be silent on a regular basis. Remain silent, for even a few minutes a day will keep our mind in centre to focus on highest priorities in life.

Being silent we can be centered and still while everyone rushes around. When we are silent, we see the real picture what is going on around us. When we are silent we can take the decision easily which really matter for us. You are most powerful when you silent. When we are silent we hear more and understand the things easily. Once Muhammad Ali said, “Silence is golden when you can’t think of good answer.” Silence allows you to trust yourself.

Silence gives you deep rest and relax your mind. Many of us are afraid of silence. We do almost anything to avoid silence. When we are silent people often ask, is there anything wrong? For some people silence has become wrong but it is also a way of communication and a way to convey the message without any ado. Living life without periods of silence is akin to playing music without silence between the notes. Give time to yourself to be silent each day.
This will develop greater sense of well being in all aspects of your busy life. Silence has been used as an anchor in the lives of all those who find it truly is a wonderful life. As well said, “In the silence of the heart God speaks. If you face God in prayer and silence, God will speak to you. Then you will know that you are nothing. It is only when realize your nothingness, your emptiness, that God can fill you with Himself. Souls of prayer are souls of great silence.”- Mother Teresa

Use notebook as a mirror there you can see yourself

Write your daily routine and experiences in a notebook. Writing down your daily routine and experiences in a note book will work like a mirror there you can see yourself that what you do daily to raise yourself from your existing level and it is one of the best personal growth initiatives you will ever take. Writing down your daily experiences alongwith the lessons you have drawn from them will make you wiser with each passing day. You will develop self awareness and make fewer mistakes. And writing everything in a notebook will help you to clarify your intentions so that you remain focused on the things that truly count.

Writing in a notebook offers you the opportunity to have regular one-on-one conversation with yourself. It forces you to do some deep thinking in a world where deep thinking is a thing of the past.  It will also make you a clearer thinker and help you live in a more intentional and enlightened way. In addition, it provides a central place where you can record your insights on important issues, note key success strategies that have worked for you and commit to all those things you know are important to achieve for a high-quality professional, personal and spiritual life. And your personal notebook gives you a private place to flex your imagination and define your dreams. A notebook is not a diary.

A diary is a place where you record events while a notebook is a place where you analyze and evaluate them. Writing down your routine and experiences in a notebook show you the real picture of your life that is currently going on and encourages you to consider what you do, why you do it and what you have learned from all you have done. It is like a permanent record of your progress. And writing in a notebook promotes personal growth and wisdom by giving you a forum to study, and then leverage your past for greater success in your future.

Medical researchers have even found that writing in a private notebook for as little time as 15 minutes a day can improve health, functioning of your immune system and your overall attitude. Remember, if your life is worth thinking about, it is worth writing about.

Close your eyes and listen to your own voice

"Your vision will become clear only when you look into your heart. Who looks outside, dreams. Who looks inside. Awakens."- Carl Jung

When we want to take decision or say something, wait and think whose voice is this? Sometimes it is the voice of our father, mother, teacher, friends, relative and sometimes of unknown people. But there is always one voice that we don’t listen to, this is our own voice. We have always been taught to listen to our father, mother, elders and teacher. But we have never been taught only listen to our own voice or listen to your heart. Our own voice has been buried under the voice of people who are around us.

We have to raise ourselves from such all voices and we have to listen to our own voice.  Because unless we recognize our own voice, our life will be a long story of sorrows, right from birth to death. In the world only those people are happy who listen to their own voice and live their life with their own wisdom. They object to one who tries to put his or her voice on them. Only our own voice is important and will blossom inside of us. How to identify our own voice? First whatever thoughts come in mind, talk to yourself. Is it your own voice? And is coming from your own heart? Or this voice is of anyone else. You will get surprised; this is the voice of your mother, father, teacher and elders etc., whom you are listening to regularly.

Our heart is like a Camera who keep all those words that we listen to and keep on flashing to these words again and again. You don’t need to fight with your elders, mother, father, you only need to know this is not your voice, this is someone else voice and you must follow to your own voice. And when you get to know your own voice, say thanks with grace to your elders, teacher, mother and father. Take the decision according to your wisdom and wish to move forward. Now you are matured. From long time you were a child and were dependent on others, now this is the time to make your own identification.

Confidently say let me leave alone and close your eyes and then real voice will raise from you and when you will start listening to your own voice, your face will blossom with smile and life will be of no sorrow and regrets. "Listen to your own voice, your own soul, too many people listen to the noise of the world, instead of themselves." - Leon Brown
