Silence is a weapon to hear noisy world

“Silence is the ultimate weapon of power.”-Charles de Gaulle

Give some time to yourself to be silent out of this noisy world. Just think when was the last time we made the time to be silent and still? When was the last time we made the time to enjoy the power of solitude to restore, refocus and revitalize our mind, body and spirit? To reconnect with ourselves and to come to know the power, glory, wisdom and potential that rest within us we must find the time to be silent on a regular basis. Remain silent, for even a few minutes a day will keep our mind in centre to focus on highest priorities in life.

Being silent we can be centered and still while everyone rushes around. When we are silent, we see the real picture what is going on around us. When we are silent we can take the decision easily which really matter for us. You are most powerful when you silent. When we are silent we hear more and understand the things easily. Once Muhammad Ali said, “Silence is golden when you can’t think of good answer.” Silence allows you to trust yourself.

Silence gives you deep rest and relax your mind. Many of us are afraid of silence. We do almost anything to avoid silence. When we are silent people often ask, is there anything wrong? For some people silence has become wrong but it is also a way of communication and a way to convey the message without any ado. Living life without periods of silence is akin to playing music without silence between the notes. Give time to yourself to be silent each day.
This will develop greater sense of well being in all aspects of your busy life. Silence has been used as an anchor in the lives of all those who find it truly is a wonderful life. As well said, “In the silence of the heart God speaks. If you face God in prayer and silence, God will speak to you. Then you will know that you are nothing. It is only when realize your nothingness, your emptiness, that God can fill you with Himself. Souls of prayer are souls of great silence.”- Mother Teresa
