Without goal living life like a cutting chicken with no neck running here and there

"In the long run man hit only what they aim at." Henry David Thoreau
Goal setting is an important aspect for anyone to be successful. Goal setting enables us to achieve our tasks in an organized fashion and within the limited time frame. A goal setting not only helps to plan our life, but it also enables us to ensure that we are in control of our life. When we set our goals, the victory of success is half won. Without setting the goals in life, it is like a cutting a chicken who is without neck running here and there. Interestingly in all over the world there are 90-80 percent people who are living their life without setting any goals. They don’t know what to achieve? What to do in life? Just simply they are living their life. Living life without setting the goals is like a animal’s life. Therefore, it is important to set the goals very carefully. Proper planning is needed for goal setting otherwise one can lost their focus and get side tracked. When we set our goals, we would not only feel confident about the work we are doing, but we would also prioritize what needs are to be fulfilled first. While setting goals we have to make sure that our goals are smart enough. Mean to say, goals should be specific, measurable, attainable, realistic and timely. Once we set the goals it helps us to climb the ladder of success in slow but concrete steps. Importantly when we have a large goal to achieve make sure that we divide it into smaller goals which seem easy to achieve. So line up the goals so that we know what to prioritize first and when to execute it. Setting smart goals this way ensures their timely completion as well as reduces our stress levels.

Don't criticize, Be nice

“Be so busy improving yourself that you have no time to criticize others.”
-Chetan Bhagat

How easily we criticize others? We don’t even think what he or she will think when will criticize? In normal routine everyday day we criticize the way someone eats, walks, speaks and laughs forgetting our life’s pursuit. When you point out the finger on others to criticize, at the same time your own four fingers of same hand point out towards you. Before criticizing we have to look at ourselves first.

We focus on the most minute details and find fault with the smallest of issues. But what we focus on grows. And if we keep focusing on small weakness in someone, it will continue to grow in our minds until we perceive it to be a big problem in that person. Out of busy life, from where we get the time to criticize others? Are we complete in all respects? Answer of course! Not.

No one is complete in the world; everyone has born with some loop falls. Would you really want to live in a world where everyone looked, acted and thought exactly as you do? It would be a pretty boring place. To live a happier, more peaceful life, begin to see that the richness of our society comes from its diversity. What makes relationships, communities and countries great are not the things that we have in common but the differences that make us unique. Rather than looking for things to criticize in those around you, why not begin to respect the differences? From now stop blaming, condemning and criticizing.

Accept complete responsibility for the way things are and resolve to work on changing yourself before seeking to change others. Be a man of strong character. As Erica Jong said, “Take your life into your own hands and what happens? A terrible thing: no one to blame.”

Laugh and everyone will follow you

“If I am not allowed to laugh in heaven, I don’t want to go there.”  - Martin Luther

Always laugh when you can because it is a cheap medicine. According to study, the average four-year old laughs three hundred times a day while the average adult laughs about fifteen times a day. With all the obligations, stresses and activities that fill our days, we have forgotten how to laugh. Just remember when was the last day or time when we laugh? May be it has been long time, one or two days, so come with and laugh without any reason.

Daily laughter has been shown to elevate our moods, promote creativity and give us more energy. Comedian Steve Martin reportedly laughs for five minutes in front of the mirror every morning to get his creative juices flowing and to start his day on a high note. Laughter therapy has been used to cure illness and heal those with serious ailments. Laughter supports the immune system, improve the blood pressure, stimulate the organs and reduce the pain. When you laugh everyone laughs with you. In contrary, when you become said, everyone becomes said. So why don’t you choose to laugh? Because everyone is following you.

You are to laugh for yourself as well as for others too. There is difference between an optimist and pessimist, an optimist laughs to forget but a pessimist forgets to laugh. Life is laugh and laugh is life. As William James, the father of modern psychology, observed, “We don’t laugh because we are happy. We are happy because we laugh.” So keep on laughing in your life whether you have any reason or not. Laugh more and more and bring prosperity and happiness in your life as well as others.
